Smaller companies do this, too. It seems like most companies are corrupt… but we could've told you that already.

The employee in this next story is left feeling confused after their former HR person emails them five months after they resigned from the role. The HR person is requesting a formal resignation document five months later, but for what reason? Was their previous resignation not enough? It's important to mention that this company is backed by a government agency, and the company receives some sort of relief as a result.

Now, the employee is wondering if something even more fishy is going on behind the scenes, and commenters are wondering the same thing. We think the main idea of the story is this: Money is everything, so never think you're above it in someone else's eyes…
